SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Normal delivery will be 4 to 6 weeks. All shipments will be sent by UPS ground delivery to an address that meets all shipping requirements. Please note: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. If shipping should be delayed for some reason, you will be notified by email.

Returns

We will accept returns for any defective product if we are notified within 2 weeks of delivery. Please send an email to returns@home-backup-protection.com detailing why you are returning the product. We will then send you details on how to return the product. If you request a replacement, we will pay for shipping for both the defective product and its replacement. If you are only returning the product, you will be required to pay for shipping.
